COVID-19 has been turned out to be the global pandemic. At the moment of crises following the series of decision of Government of Nepal to prevent possible spread of COVID-19 in Nepal.

We are going to implement “Work From Home System” form 29th April 2021 to keep social distance until further notice.

During crises, we will try to keep our office running with limited Staffs with health safety.

• Our call support is available 24x7
• Field support is limited to external network only (except client premises in order to maintain social distance).Field support may take few days more than expected due to limited Field Engineer.
• Our counter is available in office hour however we encourage for online payment, like esewa, Khalti, IMEI Pay, epay or direct bank deposit.
• We are available via email and phone as usual.
