Preferred Education Qualification :
- B.E in Electronics & Communication or equivalent
- CCNA Training Completed
Job Description :
- Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches and other wireless devices
- Provide Technical Network Support to corporate customers
- Respond and resolve user service calls & enquiries
- Be courteous, prompt and polite to clients all the time and deliver excellent customer service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
