Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining database and generating reports of billing and revenue collection.  Perform reconciliation of statements, mobilize and supervise subordinates.   

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the clientele database with necessary details required for invoicing.
  • Mobilize collection staff for invoice delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate with clients on a regular basis.
  • Perform reconciliation of statements and maintain proper database of revenue collections.
  • Use Tally Software for information verification and report generation.
  • Perform other jobs as assigned for smooth functioning of billing and revenue collection function.
