Preferred Education Qualification :

  • B.E in Electronics & Communication or equivalent
  • CCNA Training Completed

Job Description :
  • Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches and other wireless devices 
  • Provide Technical Network Support to corporate customers
  • Respond and resolve user service calls & enquiries
  • Be courteous, prompt and polite to clients all the time and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
